A series of unsettling short stories with an interesting format in that they were all very short. It gave me "unhinged woman" vibes throughout. I'm intrigued to read something longer by this writer but I don't know if this collection will stick with me

This was just not my thing. I picked it up because I opened it to "Shh" and thought it was really good, but that was probably my favorite story in the whole book. I liked the stories that were focused on class disparities, but most of them were about how men are terrible and abusive and parents and children hate each other. The writing was solid so I would maybe read something else of hers, but this was too cynical and dark for me.

First of all, I have to say that this book is not my typical one. 
I wanted to try something new but it did not work for me. 
I was mostly confused and uncomfortable with those stories. 
The fact that they are short also makes it hard for me to really dive into them. Some of them were good tho.
