Spy fiction is a genre I'm woefully unversed in. I don't know what qualifies as a good spy novel, but I think that N or M? probably counts as a somewhat decent one. The premise is simple: it's Word War II and a British couple are set to hunt down Germans working undercover in the UK. From there all sorts of suspenseful moments occur and the book is a fun read, I just found a lot of the twists to be over the top. Normally Christie sets up her twists in a believable manner, but while the main plot points were well done, a lot of the red herrings were borderline ridiculous in this reader's opinion.
Still, if you want to read a WWII spy novel written by someone who actually lived through WWII, this one holds up quite well and is worth a read. I just don't see it as a book I'm likely to read again.

Read upon rec from a used book seller. This was interesting, in that it was written and set during WW2, but other than that, the mystery was boring. I did like Tuppence, though.

This was a fun read! I took a half star off because I solved the mystery early.
