This gave me huge all the young dudes vibes and I loved it for it
It had some really good points; I think their relationship was developed well and not too fast (love slow burn) and I love the whole bookstore thing
I had to get used to the Scottish and the cursing though hahaha
Update- cant stop thinking about it, so I’m giving it 4.75 stars (instead of 4.5). It’s like sooo close to 5 but not quite

Reread: fucking hidden gem. I adore this book

An emotional, fun, easy-read with gorgeous characters that I fell in love with. I didn’t want to say goodbye to them but I didn’t want to put it down either. Fab LGBTQ+ representation too, more of this please!

The realness in which love, depression, and pain are all depicted is mind blowing and heart breaking. This book has amazing pace and is so well written and developed I had no problem finishing it in days and wishing I had more.
