When the members of the Guardians of the Galaxy noticed something is wrong with Groot, they set off on a space adventure to help their friend out.

I am now totally convinced James Gunn read everything that had to do with the guardians, and I respect that so much more. Especially, with the emotional responses in this book from Rocket.

This Guardians adventure was just as exciting and emotional as anything you'd see in an MCU movie. The author and voice actors captured the personalities and the stakes so well.

At one point I was honestly convinced we'd lost Groot forever. I was crying in my car! Each element, having the collector as a villain-- but also the ending. With Quill finding the collector had a cage full of baby raccoons from earth... ready to experiment on to make another rocket... it screamed guardians 3 and my whole heart burst for Quill setting them free!

If you love the guardian. If you love marvel, this full cast audio book is perfect. I have one complaint-- when the characters would walk, they made the walking sound and it got annoying after awhile lol

Guardians of the Galaxy: Collect Them All is the audio drama of the original novel of the same name. Unlike many radio dramas that I have listened to, this one has a narrator throughout the whole story, almost as though they’re acting out the novel and he’s reading the written parts (Though I don’t have the novel to confirm this). This does not hinder the audio drama in any way, it was just different.
The voice acting is amazing; everyone was completely into their parts and did a believable job. They sounded just as I imagined they should. I also really loved all the different voices that were done for the Grootlings.

This is an excellent story! Something is wrong with Groot and the Guardians must figure out the problem with their friend and teammate. But of course nothing is ever simple when it comes to the Guardians of the Galaxy. I found what was going on with Groot really interesting and not something that we’ve seen before. I had no idea that something like that could happen with Flora Colossi!

Here are the Guardians of the Galaxy from the comics and video games, not those awful movies. Each character is well fleshed out, their problems defined but especially how they all work together as a team to understand and help each other grow.

This story had plenty of action, plenty of character development, both old and new characters, along with heartfelt and comedic moments. I absolutely recommend this radio drama and I’m sure the novel is a great read as well.

Strong beginning, but I started skimming, and I hate skimming.
