This book was a complete 180 from the previous books. The finale was a darker version of the Hunger Games in my opinion with espionage, infiltration, politics, resistance groups, and ultimately trying to change the world. If I went into this book knowing it was going to end like this, I think I would've given it a higher rating but it felt off to go this route. All in all, it was a good series.

Violence got her revenge and a happy ever after. Not without a few twists and turns but the journey makes the destination that much better. Happy reading!

What a perfectly fabulous, unconventional ending that was utterly perfect for this series! I absolutely loved this book from beginning to end. There is just something so special about these characters that it’s truly hard to say goodbye because you can’t help but grow attached to them.
This story was chalked full of action, peace, anger, fear, lust and love. It was a wild ride that I would willingly and happily return to time and time again. This is truly one of my absolute favorite series. Jaymin and Tate have created such a unique and original story that nothing can compare.
Each character plays brings a special and important role to this series. There is of course Violet who is one of my favorite heroines ever. She is just so kick butt and loyal and you can’t help but love her. Then there is Rafe and Jordan who each hold a very special place. They are both fiercely loyal, strong, caring in their own ways, and love Violet without fault. And of course Mattie, I freaking love this woman. I seriously want a best friend just like her. And can’t forget the caring goof that is Nolan. Together their dynamic is unbreakable and I absolutely adore it.
This series is completely one of a kind and is one that I won’t ever forget. If you are looking for a series with a phenomenal storyline, sexy royals, a kick butt heroine, deeply bonded and loyal friendships, action mystery intrigue and some lust filled times than look no further.
I can’t recommend this book and this series enough!

I enjoyed this whole trilogy. It was a great quick read, even though it had a good amount of world building in it. I enjoyed the ending even if there was a few things kinda left open. (Manly the whole Alex thing, I feel like that could have been wrapped up better) I also enjoyed that even though the end was yes a happy ending, it wasn’t your regular happy ending. They all love each other but separately and it ends before marriage or anything more then them just being together.

Pensé que el final iba a ser distinto, en el sentido de Jordan o Rafael.
O sea, no me quejo, si ella puede con esa opción, o sea, envidia total jajaja, pero me quedaron debiendo mi MFM... quería esa escena, y pensé que pasaría, sobre todo cuando se fueron a dormir juntos por primera vez los tres.... pero bueno, si esa escena hubiera pasado, quizá las estrellas hubieran aumentado jajaja
El final en sí, de la trama, estuvo OK. No diré el mejor del mundo mundial como digo, porque siento que le faltó un poco más, pero por lo menos, las cosas quedaron cerradas y las preguntas quedaron respondidas. El hecho de que sensei apareciera, fue un personaje claramente no tenía presente leer, ya que para mí, esto eran sólo recuerdos de Vi.
Me gustó esa amistad que terminó siendo familia. Siento un poco de penita por Alex también. Sus acciones fueron a raíz de las palabras de su padre, pero no por eso, tiene menos culpa de lo que hizo. Espero un final bueno para él, al menos.
Se me hizo un poco complicado terminar esta trilogía, sólo porque este último libro no tiene audiolibro jajaja,, y pucha, me estoy mal acostumbrando a esto. Quizá cuantos libros buenos ahí por ahí que estoy dejando de lado porque no tienen su audio... y como estoy lejos de casa, donde tengo mi super librero, tampoco he leído algo físico por un tiempo y lo extraño....
Eso sí, se me hizo bastante corto. Durante el día lo leí, y lo terminé.
Veré si encuentro un MFM por ahí.. que quedé picá jajaja.

We just got so much awesomeness in the first two books, that I feel this one left me still wanting more in the conclusions for all the characters. The author note made it sound like there may be a little more written for this trio next year, so fingers crossed we get a little more Violet, Rafe and Jordan!

Terrible end to a series. This is RH if you have made it to here, which is a genre I really don't like. Besides that, this book has basically no plot. It is just filler to all the sex. Honestly it was starting to get old so I started skipping over it. The plot the story did have basically comes out of nowhere and is way too similar to Hunger Games. So so disappointing.
Definitely putting this series in my “must read again” list!! Loved it! Only thing missing was a steamy threesome
