this has a really interesting premise. And I truly hope that if we ever run into aliens they are the ones from this book because it's by far the best outcome possible. Randar and Angela were great together and I have to say he was exactly what she needed. Someone to point out that she was perfect just as she was and to heck with what anyone else thought. I wish it was longer and fleshed out a bit more but a good quick read.

Good bye reading slump

This is a quick read that hits so many social issues women face every day. Randar is a color changing scaled alien who isn’t looking for the “socially accepted typical female,” he is looking for a woman to be his match, luckily he is mAtched with Angela.

I really enjoyed this novel, the author’s first. The story is well written and edited, dual POV, and with the novel premise that biology can be used to find an ideal match.

I enjoyed the characters and their interactions. I liked how the author didn’t immediately jump to finding royalty a match but someone royalty-adjacent. A great series starter.

Saving grace? The way that she didn't let that sleazy man get away with what he said & did.

Apart from that... I didn't really get the point of this... unless it is the introduction to a more developed series...
