Harry, Harry, Harry, he is faced with death by the Red Court, Chased by some really evil demons, the love of his life back, the shroud and losing a friend. This story was so incredibly good i was on the edge of my seat throughout the whole tale.

Each book adds not only new plotlines, but something new stylistically. It's the same meat on a different skeleton. It's good.

Another awesome installment. The introduction of the Denarians and the Archive, more Knights of the Cross, and increase in tensions with the Red Court.

I really enjoyed this one. I was afraid that the series would spiral into patterns and cliches but this book kept things fresh and interesting while introducing new characters and bringing back familiar faces.

I was actually really enjoying this one right up until The Shroud of Turin Gets Shredded by a Kalishnikov (and is Later Used as Miracle Rope to Save Our Protaganist from Drowning) But Yet Somehow Escapes Unharmed Because it's the Shroud of Freaking Turin.

And then, for reasons I can't fully explan, it lost any pretext of believability, veered straight into ridiculous and lost me completely.

Still can't put my finger on why, exactly.
