Who is the actual psychopath?

Some books are hard to review without spoilers.

Rose believes she is a psychopath.  She doesn't allow herself to get close to others because she doesn't know what she's capable of.

Rose wrote a journal as a 13-year-old.  She has a crush on her teacher, Mr. Bellamy.  In the journal she writes about her interactions with the teacher and her dreams about their "relationship".

The computer with her journal is left at an airport.  Years later, she discovers her journal has been published with someone else masquerading as the author.

Terrified of what will happen when people read the book and connect it with her,  Rose sets out to find her computer and get rid of it.   Her final entry, which was not published in the book, could get her into trouble.

Rose pretends to be Iris, a fan-girl of author, Emily.  She even manages to get invited to stay at her house in exchange for being her personal assistant.

Part one is told in first person by Rose.  Part two has alternate narrators, Rose and Chet Bellamy, the teacher.

Finders Keepers has very well developed characters.   Few characters are likeable.   Who can you trust?   Who is telling the truth?   What is the truth?

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes the "psychological" arts of psychological thriller.   Also to anyone who can't imagine their journal becoming public.

First off, I want to thank netgalley and Dreamscape Media for the advanced copy of the audio.

This book is awesome! I was hooked from the first chapter. The narrator did such a great job of giving every character a unique voice. I finished this book the very day that I started it. I just had to know what was going on. This is a fantastic thriller and easily one of my favorites of this year!

I loved the twists and turns and didn’t see a few of them. It had me wondering, who can I trust? Who is the bad guy in the book? It’s a quick listen and I absolutely loved it!

I just reviewed Finders Keepers by Natalie Barelli. #FindersKeepers #NetGalley
