Omg, why is this book not talked about more?!? I couldn’t put it down! I had a unique plot and interesting characters. I haven’t read anything like this before. Highly recommend!

2.5 rounding up. The concept was really good but it was so repetitive and sometimes just down right weird but not the worst thing I’ve ever read
I was about to resume listening to A Court of Wings and Ruin, when I saw Hoopla was recommending this book to me. I was intrigued and downloaded it. I've not read anything by Natalie Barelli before, but based on this book, I'll read more of her work.
The main character in this book is a bit of a mess and she is not a very reliable narrator, I listened to the book on 2x speed and that really played up her manic thoughts. This is a psychological thriller, it moves fast and you don't know who to believe. The ending could have gone a few different ways, and I really liked what Natalie Barelli decided to write. It's a good ending for a thriller and all questions are answered.

Started off a little slow but once you hit chapter 2 game ON!!! I love an ending that you don’t see coming.
I truly enjoyed this book. If you’re a true thriller fan, you might be able to guess the ending. Im not very good at that so I didn’t see it coming.
