In short, man got crazy high with guy whom he met on the street, they became druggie buddys and halucinated meeting the Greek god of Sleep.
This read more like a drug story someone would tell me not horror but what do I know?

Another drug-addled dream tale, that is oddly (and probably unintentionally) homo-erotic in places. Utilizes "hiding from scary stars" and "afraid to sleep lest we dream" and "was this person ever real or only a hallucination?" and "indescribable horrors". Mildly interesting, but Lovecraft's visited similar themes, and done them better, in other stories.

Nice short story, with just enough mystery to be interesting, and just enough questionable narrator to come up with your own explanation. The lack of answers in this one makes it pretty good.

An earlier effort definitely showing the more complete realization of Lovecraft's attempts to convey unknowable horror. Perhaps emphasizes the "unknowableness" a smidge too much.
