One of my favourite of the series by far. Loved all the Canadian touches too.
This was better than some of her last few. It had a lot more action and a lot better plot development. I liked it!
Even though this is the 10th book in the Brennan series, it's actually the first one I read and the one that led me to search the bookstores, amazon and RISI shelves looking for the whole collection; I have read it again because I'm going through the whole series and I didn't want to miss anything in Brennan and Ryan's relationship.
I like Brennan, she's kind of a role model for me: she's clever, independent, strong and brave but, at the same time, she's also insecure, middle-aged and with ups and downs; in short, she's a perfect character because she's not perfect.
The story of this book is disturbing at times but very engaging, I couldn't put it down the first time I read it, and I couldn't put it down this time neither.
