My heart broke with every poem.
I’ve always like Megan Fox. I’ve never been a fan that follows her life, but I’ve overall enjoyed her body of work. I hate that so many women are able to relate to several of her poems. Men can be so cruel, and I would have never thought that a gorgeous, talented woman who I perceived as confident and happy would have so many awful things going on in her personal life.
I hope putting this body of work out into the world was healing for her, and I hope she’s working on getting back to herself.

i find it kind of hard to review this poetry collection, because some of the poems are pretty good and heartfelt, whereas others are.... not good at all. the poems that were good deserve 5 stars but the rest........ no comment.
its clear that megan put alot of emotion and soul into her writing, i just wish that she made two separate books of the more 'funny(??)' poems and the serious ones. it'd be easier to give an overall judgement of the collections that way.

Sheesh… Powerful, dark, raw and very heavy. My heart breaks for Megan and the abuse she endured. My heart equally breaks for any other survivors of relationship abuse of any kind. There is such intense emotion poured into these pages.
2.5 I’m not sure what to say or feel. I believe this should have been edited a bit more, the anguish and the want of healing, of being heard is very well depicted but everything else falls short
