I once heard someone on tiktok say how Megan Fox tends to view herself from a birds eye perspective and I do agree with that sentiment. Because it did seem that way, in that she was a ghost haunting the narrative. But with this, some of the poems lacked a sense of emotional depth. Specifically a lot of the shorter ones.

I don't know a lot about her love life besides her relationship with Machine Gun Kelly. Forget she has kids most of the time and wished she had talked more about pregnancy in this. Also, I feel as if this was really cathartic for her, that a weight was lifted off her shoulders. I really appreciated the level of vocabulary she used and her mentions of Greek mythology, the bible, and spiritualism throughout.

Favorite poems; the truth about lilth & labyrinth
Least favorite poems; i've always liked serpents

These poems are tragic. I was interested in reading this book after listening to Megan Fox’s interview on call her daddy. I think Megan Fox has a lot more to offer the world than many give her credit for. She is clearly an intelligent person who has been deeply hurt, used, abused, and abandoned. I appreciated the many biblical references she made throughout her poetry. My wish for her is that she will feel Gods unconditional love for her and will be able to break free from the abusive individuals she appears to believe she is “destined” to be with according to these poems.
