Moderate: Miscarriage
Minor: Addiction
The miscarriage is a moderately explicit scene towards the end of the book, but we are with the miscarrying woman for only a moment before Geralt goes off to fight some baddies to keep her safe while the doctor helps her off-page. The addiction is merely backstory for a secondary character in this book. The character is a recovered addict and very stable.
