Wolniejsza od innych części, pokazuje dogłębnie okrucieństwo wojny, i to jak nawet w nim znajdywać momenty piękna.

A lovely book at a slower pace than the previous witcher books that almost solely focuses on building up characters and relationships, a lovely breathe of fresh air in the middle of the series, but not without some emotional moments.

I'm not going to pretend that sapkowski is the best writer who ever lived, or that there is nothing wrong with this book, but omg, i love this book. i love geralt's hansa. Amazing.

The first half of this was so slow, it felt like basically nothing happened the first 140 pages. There's so much Sapkowski just references during the first two books, it seems weird that this one is almost just a filler to put the players in the right spots for the next part of the story

The best book in the series thus far. A fun adventure with a weird discussion on abortion towards the end? Still unsure if I should recommend the series
