I was recommended this book by a lovely friend of mine. I said I was quite new to the BDSM scene and would like to read some books on it though I had already done a lot of research.

This book is not a how to it is more of a understanding. I found it perfect for baby submissives (I'm going to use that term instead of bottoms) and those that are interested in giving up control.

I really enjoyed it as it was really informative and not aimed at one gender. I have rated it 4/5 because I already knew a great majority of the information in the book, weather that be common sence or through my already done research.
