I don't believe I've ever rolled my eyes so much in my entire life. While I enjoy the books in the Fallen series I've found I have to space them out a year or so apart to deal with the sickly sweetness of them. This book, a compilation of short stories about the characters on Valentine's Day, is just too much. From very early on I couldn't wait for it to end so I could move on to something else. I'll be finishing the series, but probably won't be reading anything else by [a:Lauren Kate|2905297|Lauren Kate|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1296679724p2/2905297.jpg] again.

I liked this a lot more especially because it was mostly about everyone else besides Luce and Daniel....

A wast of paper, if you ask me. Now don't get me wrong I love this series is much is the next person, but this book 3.5 was not needed. It was random and poorly written. The only good part is that Shelby and Miles get together. Arrianes story is just strange... It explains how she got her scar in her neck... It was a stupid way. -_- It didn't make sense to me. Rolands story was ok-ish... (better than Arrianes) It didn't have much of a point though besides getting Daniel to the Valentines day the fair thing. Luce and Daniels story was nice though... But overall it really wasn't needed. She could have posted them online as deleted short storys. That would have made them better I think because then you don't have such high hopes for it.

i read this book last. and though it was kind of "cute", i'm mad at myself at reading it instead of another book i have that needs to be read for book club. oh well.
waste of $22. found the plot somewhat dull.
