literally cried because i was so frustrated by the horrid ‘plot twist’ like that is unforgivable to me are you joking !!!!

could’ve gone with anything else and i would’ve given a much higher rating but it felt like a lazy and cheap trick to end an actual decent story

Another really really mediocre psychological thriller. Poor writing, weird motivations and cracked out behaviour from the villain, a protagonist who could have saved herself a lot of trouble by doing literally anything other than what she did, and the big secret for which the entire book hinges upon, so stupid and uninteresting! For the people saying this book is provides an interesting discourse on women, you are wrong and you should read more
