Long Game

3.6 AVERAGE

Long Game is the second book in the series. This books pick up where you left off Ellie and Luke are dealing with the media and fake engagement. Then meeting Luke family is hell for everyone. All while Luke and Ellie is dancing around their feeling for each other. But the more Luke past is reveal the more it seems Ellie starts to have question. And of course we are left with another cliffhanger.

Lisa does great bring old and new characters together. Even though I hare some of new characters. The story was well written but I though it was a off in some place. Overall a good book.

Another sudden stop. This series has potential and I will finish it. I just don't fully understand why it is written the way it is.
It would be great as just one book.

I am so hooked on this series. This is book 2 and Luke and Ellie just have me addicted to them. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the next instalment

Good story line.. its a slow burn trope.. im sucked into this story between luke and ellie.. cant wait to see how this plays out.. and Jack?!?!?! what??? two more weeks before i can find out more....

Good Story… So Far

This is literally just a continuation of book one. You learn some of the family secrets and then the “book” ends.

With how short these books are they could easily have been like three full books instead of 5 novellas.

The dynamic between the brothers is kind of scary and I hope Ellie has enough sense to tell Jack to F off.

On to “book” 3

funny medium-paced

This book picks up right were Home Game ends. I’m enjoying seeing Ellie and Luke’s friendship and feelings for each other grow throughout this book as they work together, live together and fake their engagement. This is a fun series with many laugh out loud moments and plenty of angst. I can’t to see where Luke and Ellie’s relationship goes next after the cliffhanger in this book.
