Perfect at doing what it says it will do, plus a little bit of interesting biography from Jim. If you love Parks and Rec this book will be fun for you.

This book was fun and endearing. As always with a memoir, I recommend the audio because Jim reads it and I loved hearing the stories in his voice. Very cool to see the behind the scenes of Parks & Rec from Jerry’s perspective!

This was a great pallet cleanser as well as very nostalgic. It’s been a minute since my last rewatch and this book definitely made me want to go back to and watch again. It was fun to hear a bit about the logistics and business part of making the show as well as getting a picture of what the actors were like as people and not just their characters.

Such a fun dive into the behind-the-scenes of my favorite show Parks and Rec. Hearing Jim's voice reading the book, as well as some producers and writers, made the story so special and authentic.
