I can't rate this book because I only read the chapters I was interested in and that was very few. I did skim a lot of the rest of the book.
I enjoyed what I read and am thankful I got it at the library because the amount it costs in the shops is ridiculous. The bits I read were mainly on her weightloss as thats what I'm interested in. It was very inspiring and made me realize I want the same things in terms if weightloss and that nothing will stop me from reaching my goals.
