This was definitely an addictive read that I love from beginning to end!

This was a beautiful enemy to lovers mafia romance with all The Beauty and the Beast vibes. Mikolaj and Nessa were magnificent together.

Nessa has been sheltered all her life even though her family has mafia tides. She is innocent, caring and just all around good which makes her the perfect target. When Mikolaj sets his eyes on her there was nothing stopping him to capture his little ballerina in order to used her against his enemies. What Mikolaj didn't anticipate was that Nessa wasn't a spoiled princess and that she brought light to his darkness.

I loved Mikolaj, his tragic past made him the ruthless and numb man he is. He is broken and scar in many ways but I loved how his character morphs into the protective man he is around Nessa. He sees all of Nessa's creativities and how truly smart she is. Little by little his heart starts beeping again and she becomes everything to him.

This story was more than perfect to me. I can't wait to read the next books in this series.
