I really enjoyed the realistic parts of this book and resonated with it a lot at times. The relationship charlie has with riley is believable. I loved it all the way until the perfect storybook ending. I hate books that feel like the ending has to be 100% good news with all resolved issues. Really pulled me out of the realism. But for the first 350 pages I did enjoy it and will maybe read again.

usually i finish a book than go on and start looking for next one , but this timee i didn't , JUST WOW WOOOW , i knew that girl in pieces was going to be a heavy book but not like thiss ...
this one of the books i couldn't stop reading it i guess everyone can relate
