I don't mind a weird character, I actually love them. But when use the words "silly" or "goofy" then i'm out.
Sometimes Hazel also didn't feel like a weird charcter but more like that meme with the girl with the bag of chips on her head.
The romance was fine, I think, some scenes were weird because they were clearly crossing the line of being friends while they were on dates and other ones as well.
The concert scenes pissed me off. YOU DON'T HAVE A MOSHPIT AT METALLICA AND YOU DON'T SPIN DANCE AT SYSTEM OF A DOWN.

Parts of this were lovely and then others felt… rushed? Uneven? I feel like the resolution happened so abruptly and then I was reading an epilogue and was genuinely confused, like I didn’t get enough ending.
This book might be one of my favorite romcoms of the year!
I loved this book: The humor, whit, romance, and main character energy. This is truly a masterpiece.

i liked it! hazel was a bit toooooo dramatically much for me (jess from new girl vibes, idk just like. too absurd. no person is that unhinged. it also felt childish) but the chemistry was there!!

This my FAVORITE Christina Lauren book. Josh and Hazel are such cute characters. I love that Hazel is 100% herself at all times. I love that she puts herself first before any man. I love that she will only accept a man who COMPLETELY accepts, respects and loves her for who she is. I love that Josh accepts Hazel for who she is immediately. Watching them fall in love is so heartwarming. I just love this book so much.
Adorable! Hazel and Josh are such great characters. This was definitely a stand out romance for me. The plot and story are more original than other romance novels I’ve read. A very fun, entertaining read!
