It's a beautiful story about pushing through prayer and trusting God in the midst! I recommend for those who need encouragement in their faith and "breakthrough" in their lives!

Breakthrough is an inspirational book by author Joyce Smith. I wanted to read this book because it is a true story of a mother’s unfailing faith. Breakthrough was first published as The Impossible.
I believe the author was motivated to share the story of her son as an encouragement that prayer works and God does care. He still does miracles.
Almost immediately I was pulled into the story as it gripped my heart. The thing I liked most is how friends and family came together to support this family, not giving up even when it appeared all was lost. I was also impressed by the positive atmosphere the mother maintained and bewildered by how her son responded the few times negativism came into his room.
I thought the cover was fitting to the story and I recommend this book as an encouragement to other mother’s.
