These books are fun to read if your not offended by profanity and juvenile humor. I'm moving on to the third book so clearly Bevan must be doing something right.

I'm kind of ashamed of myself for liking this series but I do.

Crude, immature humor. Funny. A guilty pleasure.

Listening to this with the family.

This book was silly but enjoyable. Had some hilarious parts to it

Second book in the series. As good as the first, although I don't know how much longer the premise will hold my attention.

4/5 stars.

If you don't mind a LOT of cussing, this one is just as funny as the first one. It's definitely of interest to any RPG gamers.

I didn’t love this one as much as the first, but there’s still a ton to enjoy. A fuck load of characters were introduced and I had a little trouble keeping up with who was who and figuring out which were important to remember.

That ending though!? Looking forward to the next installment!

This book gave me high hopes for the rest of the series. The writing was more polished, the jokes made me laugh harder, and the ending threw me for a loop. I eagerly await the next novel's release.

Seriously. The jokes and gags and what have yous are like 10x better in this one. I didn't think I could laugh more from a book with a plot strung through, but Bevan found a way to make it happen.

This isn't what I'd call a stand alone novel, so I'd HIGHLY recommend hitting up book one first as there will be some plot points and explaining of how the game world works that may frustrate and/or confuse a reader who just jumped in at book two.

Also this one again features quite a bit of toilet humor and crudeness but I feel it's somehow more classy this time around. I feel if I word searched this novel and the previous one, the F-bomb would be a lower count in this one. Not that the foul language bothers me, but the dialog for the characters was a little more high brow and I appreciated that everyone got more of a defining personality and got to let a little extra of their personal vocabulary shine through.
