I had been wanting to read this book for ages, and I actually didn't expect the story to be this light, I truly enjoy reading this and seeing the world through the perspective of Yunjae. even though the first half of the book I kind of feel like it's the calm before the storm (it really was), I didn't really expect the climax to be /that/ extreme, haha. I could have gone on a full rant and complained to my friend who lent the book to me if only I didn't read the last chapter right then and there

dare i say, one of my favourite books????? i loved it so much, from the beginning to the end. i will never forget these 2 characters and i am grateful that such a book exists. i tried to read very slowly to stay longer in the story and i didn’t constantly check how many pages i had left (this is rare for me). but unfortunately i finally came to the end.

an incredible debut.

Refrain from reading the last chapters on the subway if you don’t want all the morning commuters stare at you while you try not to cry.
