I have questions. This book was INTENSE.
Bryde, wtf?!? This ending.
I have no words.
As always with this series, this book completely captured me. I don't know what it is, but Maggie's themes, characters and dialogue just match with me.
If I had to name one complaint, it's that it felt more like a Jordan/Hennessy book than a Ronan/Lynch centered one. I missed the balance and also, Adam. But Jordan/Hennessy's chapters really spoke to me, so I can't really fault it based on my own experience. Maggie being an artist herself really shone through, and it was wonderful to read how much art is involved in the whole story.
There's just so much to be tied up in the next book, and I can't wait.

The first half was so boring and the characters so annoying. But I liked the second half. I kind of thinks she’s nailed the feelings around the transition from childhood to adulthood, and the chronic/mental illness/neurodivergent analogy hits hard.

tbf I am still not the biggest fan of this trilogy, but I honestly can't put my finger on it why.
Still love my boy Ronan to bits tho but god I am tired of Declan. I don't give a single fuck about Declan

This one had me on the edge of my seat start to finish. The stakes were at their highest. I feel like I learned so much information and yet I don’t know enough to know how this will all come to an end in the next one. I have so many complex feelings for The Brothers Lynch because they are all so complex in and of themselves. I do love how Maggie Stiefvater writes romance, because it feels so real and natural and has me on my knees begging for more.
