The series (well, these characters) ended with the HEA I needed.
I struggled with my emotions a little with this one. Silly, I know.
Definitely some triggers here, so check the warnings for real.
Dark bully romance
non-con/dub-con, underage
from the authors: WARNING: This book is a DARK/BULLY romance. It contains graphic content of abuse and assault that some readers may be particularly sensitive to. If you have triggers or are even remotely unsure, please heed the note at the beginning of this book.
All that said... I enjoyed it :) Is it real and believable? Of course not. It is fiction. I enjoyed it for what it was. I cringed, I cried, I laughed, I... needed some alone time to ponder life

Honestly rating would’ve been a lot higher if not for the 100+ page epilogue that undid everyone’s personalities and had to throw in a surprise pregnancy
4 Stars
Been waiting for this book for what feels like forever and I loved it. I don’t think I loved it more than the others which I feel like is what you want for a finale but it was still good.
I liked how early the story ended and we skipped a few years in front and this book had so much humour I actually laughed out loud at points.
My favourite thing about this book is the progression of the characters, especially Killian. It was well paced and took time for the characters to become likeable something that is often rushed in other books.

what a conclusion to the lords
I absolutely love the way this last book for The Lords flowed. I was on the edge of my seat wanting to see what happened next. The twist if who Ted really was, was mind blowing. I’m so glad Dimitri, Tristian, Killian and Story got their HEA.

Probably my least favorite book of the series thus far. Sorry. In my review for book 2, I said I wasn't sure the boys were redeemable. Well, they might be a little redeemable now compared to the rest of the characters.
I knew who Ted was, but Ted 2.0 was a surprise. And not a good one. Like...it doesn't feel like an actual answer to a plot. More like a last minute thing thrown in there. A common trope was introduced. One you can probably predict.
Now the real issue....the sex scenes where she calls Killian "Big Brother" are the WORST. Which is every sex scene involving Killian, by the way. Ruined the whole thing for me. Big Brother is NOT a sexy pet name. Gag.
The resolution with the rest of the characters like Ray, Daniel, Martin, were just so anticlimactic. I kinda thought after three books, the mysteries would be shocking. But no.

Probably 2.75 but rounded up to 3.
I don't know why but this series just wasn't for me. I read dark dark books all the time but I just couldn't do it..
The writing style was great, it does have a good mix of plot and smut I just couldn't stand the characters, but I do know a lot of people would enjoy this

I loved this series but I wish I'd stopped reading when the story all tied together the ending just didn't do it for me. It felt like they were trying to meet a word count so made up some whacked out ending that didn't fit the characters however till that point I loved it!
Maybe my least fav of the three and I found myself glazing over some parts. Baby at the end? Blah.
it's fine
This book overall is the best of the Lords trilogy. The group dynamic evolves beautifully, shows wonderful growth and maturation overall. What killed it for me was how soft the men went at the end, breeding and having a daughter of their own. Gross.

For anyone wondering, this is a series of 5 trilogies set in the same place so you can read just the first three if you want!
Crazy how I have 5 starred all three in the first trilogy, this is dark romance which would usually get a 2-3, maybe a 4 at max from me. But the characters and plot had me hooked the entire way through, and the sex scenes… man. I’ve never been so satisfied by book porn in my life
