This is a continuation of the Lords series with Tristian, Killian, Rath and Story.

Mrs. Crane plays a bigger role and is pretty much the best character of the whole thing.

We still are searching for Ted and finally wrap that storyline up.

Also the author didn’t wait for the epilogue to ruin the ending IYKYK.

Knocked down some points for some gross terminology in the smut parts. So repetitive.

I find this whole series hard to review because I spend a lot of time going WTF and think "that is horrible" throughout. On the flip side though there is a lot and I really can't stress that enough, a lot of drama and action that does keep you engaged. This does require you to suspend all the disbelief, and I really do mean all of it. Story (fmc) is mostly not treated well by anyone and even though this does get tied up with a nice bow at the end I don't think it's truly ever made up for and the big plot twist about Ted (I'll not give spoilers) was just really to neatly dealt with. So all in all this was engaging but also very over the top and often frustrating. This whole series is a massive trigger warning, it's got shock factor in spades so keep that in mind. If you don't have a problem with lots of triggers and you want to read a high drama soap this is certainly for you.

I am crying, this series was so good. Such a great story to follow, lots of smut, action, plot twist(s) and eventually lots of love. Great character development and backstories.

I loved getting to see Story and the boys grow to become a family mentally and physically. It warmed my heart so much seeing how much they doted over her especially once she got pregnant. So sad it’s over

Lords of Mercy is the third book in the Royals of Forsyth University series. This book should be read after Lords of Wrath, as it takes over right after that book ends. This book is dark, and has a trigger warning in the beginning. I really liked this book, but know it is not for everyone. This book is told from multiple points of view from Story, Killian, Tristian, and Rath.

This book starts out with Story changing the rules. She doesn't want to put up with how the guys have been treating her. All the guys take this differently. Can Story get her payback for how they treated her?

As the book goes on Story starts being with the guys again, but at her own pace. However her life is still in danger, and her guys are going to do anything to protect her. This book was such a great book, and an amazing ending to the series. There were so many twists and turns, and a few of them I wasn't expecting! I would recommend this to any person who likes a dark twisted romance!

Will Story figure out who is blackmailing her? Will her guys be able to be there for her when she needs them? Will Story and her guys get their happily ever after? I loved getting to know these characters and will miss them!
