This was the absolute perfect ending for Story and her guys. Killian, Tristian, and Rath underwent some serious character development in this book; we’ve come a long way since book one. It was so rewarding to see them really take the time to grow together as frat brothers and as Story’s Lords (both publicly and privately… but more on that later). They transformed from the guys we love to hate into the guys that we just… love, period.
There was quite the slow build up to the third act. The tension simmered but when it was go time, all hell broke loose. I had my theories in regards to the threat, and though I had guessed right, there was more to it and I wasn’t let down in the slightest.
There’s no way I could review this book without mentioning some of the spiciest smut I’ve ever read. This book solidified some kinks and introduced others. And the group scenes??

tbh I don’t even remember what the conflict was in this trilogy anymore and it hasn’t even been a month since I last picked it up 😭
The epilogue just wasn’t for me - I should have just stopped reading at that point. Also, the Ted reveal? Meh. I’m sad that I’m this disappointed.

I absolutely loved this book. I became attached to all the characters and didn't want it to end.
This series has so many ups and downs, you can never get bored. Would highly recommend.
