this one took me a while to read because i was busy and in a reading slump but when i got out of the slump i flew through it. i absolutely loved it!! im currently transferring my kindle highlights to my physical copy. the tandem read is next and im nervous for it and for what will happen.
i do this thing for series where i do a 1-3 sentence summary of the books so i can come back and remember what happened in each book instead of mixing them all together.

we were introduced to possible new main/side characters
- nesryn (relation to chaol, possible love interest?),
- elide (relation to manon),
- lorcan (relation to maeve and rowan),
- lysandra (relation to sam and wesley), and
- evangeline (relation to lysandra).
Arobynn was killed by lysandra and kaltain didnt want to live so she helped them and lit everything on fire including the people then burned herself to ash (rip
