Purely subjective but this book was SO GOOD. I needed this rollercoaster and it hit home way too hard. Is this a romance? Not really rather following characters. Is this accurate representation? I don't know about the addiction part but dealing with mental illness and how dynamics change was WAY too accurate. Lily and Lo have my heart and felt really realistic. The problems they face and behaviour just made sense. Besides, the side-characters are pretty interesting and add to the story.
Yes, it's character based and probably over dramatic but if you like the characters the ending will have you in a chokeholed (at least I was lol). Not overthinking this review but straight off the bat and influenced by the emotional ending it's five stars.

This book was amazing. I really like it. Loved Liliy and Lo, they might be my fav couple. For some reason I feel like i cant give it 5 stars, i dont really know why. There wasnt anything that i didnt like about it, soooo... idk. i defently want to read the rest of the seriers right now.
This is one of the few books that has me really crying, which i count as a good  thing. One thing I also like on how this book/series is build is that it had an ending, but i want like it "could" countiune is has to. The ending was both a good but also a heartbreaking one.
Lily and Lo truly derserv each other, looking a way for all the dark part of the realtionship, that a relationship you want, to be in love with your bestfriend. During the book i head the thought that Lo is an amazing boyfriend and the he truly loves Lily and always has, so has she.
The were parts of Lily that I found relativble and I LOVE how she is so aware of how she is feeling, but she is afried to let the truth of it come to fourth.
I would defently recond for pepeole to read this book, if you are sure you can handle the topics in the book , and the trigger warnings.

I flew through this book and loved every second of it. However, it’s definitely not for everyone. It’s not going to be the fluffy romance you want but definitely not the serious book with depth either. While it wasn’t necessarily the best writing and time was passing in the book with no major changes, the tension, love, personal problems, and the characters were worth it for me to rate it high and obsess over it constantly. When I wasn’t reading, I wanted to be. If  another book was written this way, I may have wanted more and rated lower; somehow this story left nothing to be desired and I loved it.

This book was definitely a rollercoaster for me. As a recovering alcoholic, it definitely hit close to home. I empathize with Lo, even though his addiction makes him toxic it doesn’t make him a bad guy. That’s his addiction, not him. I look forward to seeing their journey to recovery. I’m sure this series has an HEA, and I’m not sure if that’s quite believable. But I will continue reading this series and the Calloway sisters
