I don't really read books surrounding dance but this was beautiful written surrounding ballet. I think it fit perfectly with each character and I love how the plot reached out to cover this important factor in the book too. The omega, Sloane was childhood bestfriends with Archer, one of her alphas. However, when she went looking for him, she scented him, found out that he was her scent-match, and left. Only because she thought she was saving him from heartbreak. Little did she know that his heart was owned by her but he was too scared to admit this. Their reunion happened after 5 years at the SCB, the ballet studio. The pack consists of Gabriel, Jace, Roman and Asher. Asher is one of the ballet dancers, Gabriel now runs the ballet studio, Jace is the physio doctor for the studio and Roman is an architect sculptur. I love how Asher never blamed Sloane for anything, she could do no wrong in his eyes. Once they talk over the past, they move on and Sloane accepts that the pack are her scent-match. They learn to live with eachother but Craig, Sloane's stalker stands in their way. He ends up killing Will in a hit and run whilst he was trying to kill Asher. When this happened I was so shocked, and sad, I wasn't expecting this twist at all. As I said so for Petra's book, the alphas here only saw Sloane, they lived for her and she was their number one. Everything they did was to keep her cared for, nurtured and happy. I really enjoy this author's omegaverses.

Amazing!

These omegaverse books get better and better. I love all the dynamics and the storylines, plus all the spice & care. Such a comfort series to read! Excited to see who’s next.

So great!

Ohhhh this one had some tear jerker moments!

This was a wonderful addition to the Slate City Omegas!

This book made me respect Sloane’s character so much more. She has the reasons to be bitter, but as we’ve seen in Petra’s story… she is nothing but supportive.

Learning her past with her alpha Ash, and seeing them reconnect was the sweetest. Watching her fall in love with with Ash’s pack was beautiful. Not gonna lie, Roman has my whole dang heart.

This book was sweet, frustrating, and heartbreaking! You’ve got two villains in this story, and you want to junk punch both of them.

A wonderful escape

The slate city books are quickly becoming my go to comfort reads. The newest is no exception. I have enjoyed all of Devyn's work but this series gives me all the feels. I had eagerly awaited Stones story and was not disappointed. I hope more stories come from this universe.

Knot for a Moment tells the story of Sloane who is a well-known ballerina that has to face her past after leaving her best friend 5 years ago with any explanation.

Once again Devyn Sinclair sucks you into another story that takes place in Slate City. While reading the previous novels isn't necessary, it helps to get a better background for her best friends. The story just flows and can easily be read in one sitting. The story was well written and I loved watching all the relationships grow into each other and seeing Sloane learn that she doesn't have to do everything on her own anymore. This story isn't without heartache but watching the pack rally together and just be there for each other just makes you love them all the more.
