Read this on my way back from Denver, the entire book. This is not a long book but the story telling is fantastic and Gaiman really gets you hooked and makes you absolutely care for the characters.

I really enjoyed this audio book. It was narrated by the author and he did a great job with the audio.
I don't really know how to rate this book, or review it. If you ask me what it was about, I don't know that I could articulate enough of a coherent description to get you to truly understand that I did enjoy it, even if I can't tell you why. It's magical without explaining the magic.
A man goes back to his childhood town for a funeral, he drives by where his old home used to stand, and to his old friends house for a visit.
The whole book is his memory of just a few days when he was 7 years old and his friend Lottie lived at the end of the lane.
It was beautifully written, had so much detail, yet no detail at the same time. For example I could almost taste the honeycomb he was eating it was almost tangible to me, but our man has no name provided to us.
Very quick read, just a 5 hour audio book, maybe even 4 if you remove acknowledgments at the end. Worth the time, worth the daydream it provides for you.

Took a minute to get into it and then I really enjoyed it
