I just think this book was terribly disappointing. The concept was wonderful but so poorly executed, I think the interest of the ideas about readers is lost entirely when you cannot relate to the ‘reader’ in any way. Painfully heterosexual and misogynistic and all of the stories within the story were just a bit rubbish and I did not at all feel the drive to find the rest of them. Perhaps they were unfinished because they are shit.
