The series gets sillier and sillier and the characters continue to show no growth whatsoever. I come back simply to see what completely ridiculous situations crop up in Stephanie Plum world and since I'm getting these from the library, they aren't costing anything.

These books are fun reads. I still love the characters and all the crazy stuff Stephanie gets herself into.

spoiler alert!

well not really....

Stephanie nearly dies but Ranger saves her.

people make fun of Lula's weight.

Stephanie clutzes up a capture.

she doesn't decide between guys. guys wait around patiently.

a car gets destroyed.

she almost dies again.

same ole everything really.

it really was too the point I was thinking," this is the chapter when she will..."

another fun, havoc filled Stephanie Plum novel.

I liked this book better than the last few in the series. Probably b/c it has less Grandma and no Mooner :) Fun, easy read for this miserable winter.

Kept up the pace nicely. I loved Kevin and thought he was a great character ;). I enjoy how Stephanie is put in these life and death situations but besides for a few tears doesn't focus too much on it. Keeps it exciting and fun.

Moderately enjoyable, but the series has run its course in my opinion. There's nothing new here.

Waawaa... I really have loved this series but this one was a waste. It was like instant replay of some of the funny stuff from the past books but nothing new or exciting... I don't get why on book 20 she has to remind us that Stephanie is a bounty hunter. Hopefully some random reader is not going to choose the 20th installment to pick up a series. One quarter of the short book was spent reminding us who everyone is and what they do. I was so disappointed in this one.

easy, fun read.

Oh, Stephanie Plum, how I've missed you. Always an interesting and quick read! Getting so close to caught up in the series :)
