I barely enjoyed this book, but it helped pass time.

getting lazier janet. same old same old. don't think I'll bother with 21.

While I still enjoy this series I'm wondering how much longer Stephanie can go on without choosing between Morelli and Ranger. It seems like she has chosen Morelli but Ranger is still there in the background. Maybe Stephanie needs to read The Secret so her life isn't dotted with back luck!

Pretty funny. Pretty interesting mystery and happenings. Pretty engaging characters.
Something felt…. Wrong. Can’t name it, but there was something underneath the writing for me that felt off (for lack of a better explanation).
However, it was still rather enjoyable overall.

I used to really love these books, but they've just been going downhill. The Stephanie Plum novels used to read like a humorous crime novel, and now they lack any kind of substance and plot. It's the same old story line of the bumbling bounty hunter and her ever hungry sidekick...and somehow they always happen to solve the crime/get the bad guy before anyone else figures things out. The characters are so inept that I don't know how they get through life, let alone have enough skill to catch bad guys. I used to be a fan, but I officially give up - it's pure garbage.

So funny!

A giraffe running around in New Jersey? Somehow Janet Evanovich made it work.
adventurous funny lighthearted

predictable and boring

This was a lovely edition to the story. I loved how Stephanie kept trying to quit her job and just kept getting stuck back into it.
