what a FANTASTIC book!!
I am not a big history fan but since picking up this book it never felt like reading history at all, the writer did such a good job on telling the story of homo sapiens in a novel-type way. It was SUPER SUPER interesting, definitely did not expect it to like this much!

Finally got around to reading this.
The beginning of the book was super interesting, but it slowly goes downhill. Of course, it's a near impossible task to fit all of human history into one book. But this book doesn't even stick to history. A lot of this book was the author's own musings, assumptions and speculation.
