Rebekah Weatherspoon is one of my favorite authors, but I found this book less compelling than some of her others (eg Harbor series).

This was fine. I love books that center on chefs, but there was just way too much going on here. TV chefs with agents and such, a rival with serious anger issues, amnesia, long-lost love, multiple very famous relatives, a fancy dude ranch...it was a little out there. It's really a 2.5 for me, rounding up for yay diversity. Well-written overall, slightly off pacing and needed a tighter plot. I might try the next in the series because it's spring break and I need some brain candy.
