I devoured this book in two sittings - I found it highly entertaining! A stifled 1950's housewife who sees dead people and tries to help solve local mysteries - heck yes! The writing-style was simple, the plot fast-paced, a perfect popcorn thriller. The ending wasn't as satisfying as I hoped (it felt rushed and a bit contrived), but overall I can't fault a book that had me so eager to see what happened next!

I had a lot of anxiety reading this book. I'm so hopeful that there will be a good ending, but sometimes the getting there just feels so unfair. This book made me feel rage for the women who have come before me and for the unjust way women are treated. This book was wonderful and I finished it in 2 sittings. I would happily read again.
