I’m not sure how I feel after reading this. I’m not sure I loved it; but I didn’t hate it. I enjoyed recognizing aspects of Sleeping Beauty throughout the story but some parts were just too cringe. Not the worst!

Writing was OKAY, i liked the plot of a little bit of a submissive strong man but the sex scenes were lacking the more they went on. Ending was rushed and started to not make much sense.

This was a fun over the top fairy tale twist that actually didn’t have much to do with the fairy tale but was still fun. I thought Aura was a kick ass protagonist but a lot of it didn’t feel quite thought out. The insta love made no sense because it was also enemies to lovers but who wouldn’t actually murder their sworn enemy who kidnapped them just because you think they’re pretty!? I did like the magic and the fantasy elements but the rest didn’t quite do it for me.

I think I got this for free on a random stuff your kindle day. The characters were a little too one-dimensional and the love was a little too fast for my taste but I'd read more from this author.
