This was a collection of 19 different short stories done by different teams of writers and artists, all in Black, White, and Red. The stories ranged from okay to good, with my favorite being the one that tied into the Harleen book (which makes sense, since that is one of my favorite comics I’ve read).
The art was fun, but for the most part it didn’t have the dark beauty of the current Batman: Black and White books.

A total chaotic mess, various art styles clashing as 19 stories are told about Harley Quinn. A couple of good ones, but most are totally forgettable. Harley's crazy girl routine gets tiresome fast. A little goes a long way
