It was a good book, I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the first of the series. Towards the end I found myself ready to finish this book up and start other. I do enjoy the fact that Everwild shows the story through everyone's perspective, it gives me a feel for why everyone is doing what they are doing. I will read the next in the series :)

This is one of my favorite series ever! I'm not sure if this book was quite as good as Everlost, but it was still great! The characters are very well-developed. The revelation about what skinjackers really are was a complete shocker! And even though he first appears in this book, I think that Milos is one of the most interesting characters in the series. Also, I love the way Shusterman characterizes Mary Hightower- she's the perfect villain for Everlost. When he finally revealed Mary's master plan, I was completely shocked. Also, the plot is extremely unpredictable. I never saw the ending coming! I have no idea how the story will play out in the series's final book. I absolutely can't wait to read it!

A big step up from the first book. The world is explored more and the characters have room to grow. It's a quick, tense read with a lot of ground that it covered.

This book was amazing! Everwild was good, but this book blew my mind. Of course, it was not without some predictable points, but the twists were well executed and exciting. I couldn't put this book down. It definitely challenged the Unwind series in its creativity of plot and characters. I think Mary has become one of my favorite villains, outweighing Starky in her deviousness and manipulation. Each character is so interesting and each chapter brings something new to the story. I can't wait to read Everfound.
