The meta humor in this series can be pretty good. This is about the same as the rest of the books in this series. I'm glad the cheating thing was addressed. It's sad that Knives is still obsessed with Scott cus she deserves better. This also aged poorly with some ableist language. I do like the subspace humor and stuff though and the fight scenes are still cool.
