For those of us who read to very little ones, this Thanksgiving book will come in handy. Rhyming list of everyday things we are thankful for.

A good one for littles to think about what they are thankful for. Recommended.

I am very picky about Thanksgiving books. This one is good. Although a bit generic, it at least doesn't have any harmful stereotypes. It is heartwarming and has a nice message about family and being grateful.

No real story line, but the rhyming text is a list of things the mc is thankful for, including turkey, fall, school, music, dancing, umbrellas, rain boots, family, etc. etc. The illustrations are absolutely marvelous - bright and engaging. This could easily be used in story time, inviting lots of participation as the reader asks what the listeners are thankful for that is in the pictures but not named, or not in the book at all.

Explicitly mentions meat and school, but it's probably one of the best Thanksgiving books we've read so far with its focus on gratitude.
