I really enjoyed this book, not just for the growth principles that Tiffany Bova outlines but for the detailed case studies that accompany each principle.
I first saw Tiffani Bova speak at a conference. Bova was very compelling and I bought the book but it took me over a year to read. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I finally found the time for professional development and this book was on the top of my list. It was a very good read with a lot of interesting impacts and ideas surrounding growth.
