Enjoyable novella collection! Particularly enjoyed Holly Gibney's return in "If It Bleeds" -- a great character.

Aggressively average in my opinion. All the pieces were there but they didn’t seem to fit together correctly.
Mr Harrigan’s Phone I honestly expected more from. While the characters were strong and the main idea interesting, it seemed to meander on without really covering much ground.
Life of Chuck was the high point of the book for me. Taking the idea of “I contain multitudes” literally and exploring the poetry and significant moments of every day existence.
If It Bleeds felt like it went on forever. It was only bearable because Holly is a lovely main character who drives and controls the story with her quiet bravery and kindness and made me want to read more.
Rat was an excellent finishing piece and something I could relate to as a writer when trying to put together a book. Fun and reminiscent of the creeping consequences of King’s early works it was a fun little romp through the woods.
