The amount of unhinged content in this book is absolutely psychotic. I love Ms. McFadden, but a grippy sock vacation might be a good thing for her. I wanted so badly to rate this book a 1, but how could I when there was twist even within the last 5 sentences?! It was just so well written which her books usually are. One thing’s for sure: both Nate and Eve are absolutely disgusting; I gagged several times, screamed in public on more than one occasion and my jaw became a semi-permanent fixture on the floor. At the same time, I had to finish it and it’s 100% a 5-star book.

The Teacher was a wild ride of predictable events and stupidity on the part of one characters.  It was a good description of school bullies though.  Entertaining, held my interest, and an amazing ending.  Also ladies, while shoes are nice, it is not therapy.  Seek help if you need it.

A suspenseful thriller that has you binging to find out what happens. It was good although a bit predictable and even the twist at the end wasn’t surprising. I could have done without the

Hudson(Jay) / Eve relationship. Like as a teacher wouldn’t she have known he was a student at her school and wasn’t married or did I miss something there??

Listened as an audiobook. Enjoyable thriller, though if there was one more mention of shoes I was ready to walk away. The shoe element was repetitive and unnecessary in my opion. The Mr Tuttle situation was mentioned loads but we never got to hear the full story.

A good few few twists and turns as the story went on and have to say I did not expect the last one at all.

Would give another of her books a try.

The use of Poe is great foreshadowing! I never saw the end coming! Literally went “no way” when I put 2 & 2 together!
