useful stuff abt inner-child parenting, but i resented the “how to have compassion for your mom” stuff towards the end and skipped over those parts. also i feel like she over-explains which tested my patience. 

highly recommend instead: Mothers Who Can’t Love, Stop Walking on Eggshells, and Understanding The Borderline Mother
